A father and son, working as security guards for an armored truck company, encounter a group of would-be robbers on a bridge. They find themselves in a trap and must come up with a plan to escape and ensure their survival. The only time Sly played an antagonist was in Robert Rodriguez’s Spy Kids 3D: Game Over in 2003. Also in «Death Race 2000» against David Carradine in 1975. Armored cash vehicles rely heavily on GPS tracking systems to enhance their security. If something goes wrong—whether it’s an accident, an attack, or an unexpected stop—GPS data helps rescuers understand the situation and get to the car quickly. Let me start by saying that no one from this film will grace the red carpet at the Oscars. If they end up there, it’s not because of the performances in this film. Patrick and his son are the drivers of the armored van. They are ambushed by Sly’s team. Most of the film takes place on the bridge, where Patrick and his son are trying to survive, and Sly and his team are trying to get into this van. I gave him a five, I would have given him a six if I was generous. It’s not great, but it entertained me for an hour and a half. I never thought to turn it off after ten minutes, which is rare these days. If you have nothing else to watch, then watch it. If your expectations are low, you won’t be disappointed, even if you hate it!
